A couple months ago, my bank account had fraudulent activity on it and I had to close my account which was connected to my debit card. My phone payments were returned multiple times and I was not able to have the cash readily available due to my bank account not being accessible so I was late on some payments. I would love to know if I can go back to auto payments because getting to the store to pay my bill is becoming inconvenient for me with my schedule.
Hey there, if you have an account with a company like cashapp or Venmo that gives you a debit card you should be able to pay online with these cards. If you wish to pay with cash going to the store is your only option.
