Cash only & Switching to AT&T

I’m switching to AT&T. Verizon is terirble. They charge you to even speak with a representative. AT&T does not do that. I have done my research. Neither do they place cash only restrictions on accounts if your payment is declined or returned. Verizon is ridiculous. The service and the customer service has utterly gone down hill. I’m tired of Verizon and over how the do customers who may not have a means to get to store to make a payment. It’s a shame and inconvenience
