I have had no bounce check or anything with you guys i have only gave 500$ plus on payments been with ya 3 years i find it ridiculous i have to pay cash only if want puase my service cool. But make pay cash only and to donit for 6 months is foul. Why 30 days or fairer was literally waiting for my check clear you guys told i had 24 hrs to oay from the time of the text which was at like 330 pm or in the after Some i wake up at 9am to be forced to walk to Verizon store for the whole winter โ„๏ธ nah im good think ready to switch if pay cash only the whole winter ๐Ÿฅถ

my schedule already pack for the new work year. I was not working during summer but i was making payments towards you guy in big somes. I just find it unfair that i have to pay cash only when i no money ever reversed or paid to force me to go to cash only. I just didnt pay the bill in time but i do always get ya your money ๐Ÿ’ฐ so i would kindly appreciate if ya left 180 cash only cause i would not be going to no verizon store during winter which mean that will force me switch unfortunately to something convenient to me

Hello TV24. I do feel your frustration. Do you have time now to go into more detail? Is your account with Verizon Fios or Mobile service, Prepaid or Postpaid? We would be happy to take a closer look at what is creating the cash only situation.

Mobile *****. Actually hurt my foot i have no way of making to the store any time soon
