I recently got divorced and my ex husband still owed money for his phone. I paid off his phone through the app with a different card than what my auto pay comes out of. I never cancelled my auto pay I just used a different card to pay off the device. Now my bill is showing a $40.00 charge for cancelling auto pay yet auto pay is still set up on my account. I've spent hours on chat trying to find out why and I just keep getting the run around. So frustrating!!
