I discontinued FiOS service after moving out of my old apartment, received an email confirming last bill would be posted in the end of July, which I received it as expected. there's no new charge happened in August, but suddenly in September there's an unexpected bill posted on my account which I found out in October. Currently abroad, Verizon website and mobile app have very limited service and customer service function does not work and I have no way to reach out and ask for explanation and refund of this extra charge, the amount is the same as the plan I enrolled in before cancellation. I can't even stop the auto payment to prevent further charges. Please help
