On August 5, 2024, I purchased three iPhones through a new customer promotion. However, one of the boxes I received contained only an empty iPhone box that had clearly been opened and was covered in dirty fingerprints.
I contacted Verizon immediately upon discovering this, and have since called at least five times to resolve the matter. Despite repeated assurances from representatives that the issue has been โresolved,โ nothing has been done, and now I am being charged for not activating a device that I never received.
I need help with this issue!
