Charged for Returned Fios Equipment

I’m having the same experience except they charged my bank account. Multiple calls with promises to credit/won’t be changed/we’ll notate the account bal blah. Verizon is THE WORST COMMUNICATION COMPANY!! How in the world can a company be this disfunctional. I could turn that stupid junk around in six months! How do I get my credit?
