I was charged for purchasing an on-demand horror movie ("Split") at 5:34 AM on 4/8/17. We were neither awake at that time, or remotely interested in watching horrror movies, and I can't get ahold of anyone at Verizon Fios to discuss...I don't want to be charged $16.99 for a movie that we absolutely did NOT purchase! Please advise.

Also make sure you have purhases set to require a pin (look uner settings, system, parental/purchase). This will eliminate accidental selecting a purchase, which is too easy to do.
