Last April, I turned in my old phone, got a new phone and new number. I recently discovered I have been billed 100 bucks a month for the last 14 months. Last week I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon. They gave me a 100 dollar courtesy credit for the 1400 dollars they owe me. What can I do?
