Charged for rental equipment that already returned

I have switched to Verizon internet service last December 2014, and decided to own the Verizon router instead of leasing.  I returned the rental equipment, and it shows from UPS tracking that Verizon had received it 01/06/2015.  However, I still get charge for rental equipment monthly.  Please help me to review my account.  Thanks.
