i am being billed for not returning equipment, when in fact I did. When I called Verizon the young lady told me it could take up to 3 billing cycles for them to credit the return of the equipment. It does not take them three billing cycle for me to pay them. I told the rep that I returned the equipment within 3 days of my setup in my new home. I told her that the Verizon employee that installed my equipment warned me to take pictures of the serial numbers of everything I was retuning because I would probably receive a bill in a couple of months. Is this some type of scam. I really enjoy my Fios service but something is not right.
