I had a device replacement in July. Well last week I got a charge of $1100 dollars saying I did not return the device back in July. I was asked what UPS store, the day, the tracking number etc all from JULY 5 it’s OCT 7 now..I spent over an hour discussing this mess.
well I found the darn receipt it was in my other car. Shows I sent it July 6. I had to get the new phone activated after wasting over an hour at the El Cerrito store in CA.
I felt they were trying to hustle me asking for this information after 90 days. Now the $1100 was removed but my bill was still wrong. I was now being charged 228. They want me to pay the phones tax!! So I had to call and was told they will put in a request to credit me the tax the next bill. or I could pay then get credited. Plus my nurse discount is taking a long time I had to ask what’s the status of that.
