Charged over a year full price for unusable phone number and service

I have called customer service 3 times describing this issue in detail and was promised a call from a supervisor or upper management, which hasn't happened. I was seeking a monthly credit, as our family has been with Verizon many years. I was hoping we were valued by Verizon and wanted to be retained.

Very disappointed that my detailed private message  has been quickly, easily dismissed. Verizon should care about their loyal, long term customers!

My daughter does not want to change plans. She has been happy with Verizon service until now. I explained,( for understanding of, not sympathetic words,) to you why this overlook of the charges for my husband's phone happened and was hopeful that Verizon would credit the account for what was charged for absolutely nothing. A monthly credit would be acceptable and fair treatment from a reputable company that was notified of an error in billing.
