Check our bill Math! Error on my bill on past due balance

My bill jumped to $185 from $115 (usual amount).

I paid my bill late and I I noticed a complete math error on my past due balance from the previous month to the current month, which caused my bill to be exactly $70 more. It went from 127.23 to 197.23 the next month.

Nowhere on the bill did it explain why the price increased (But there was a footnote that my bill increased $77).

($70 - which was the math error and $7 for a late fee). Which everyone kept telling me it was a late fee. Which is $7. LOL

Then they told me to pay my bill on time (and barely acknowledged they made a mistake). Which I figured out for them and spent my afternoon on.

Super frustrating... Check your math and compare it the the previous bills!

Mine was flat out wrong.
