We had called 811 before digging in the backyard and avoided all lines in the ground. Magically, the home internet went down, without us even touching the cable. The tech came out and said we could enroll in the home wire maintenance plan to avoid the fee. So we did that. We ended up with a $203.31 bill from Cmr claims AFTER we were told the only fee would be them monthly maintenance fee. This is outrageous
