I was a customer of Verizon, but before I moved I canceled my service. I made sure that I paid my last month, but I was billed for an extra month after I canceled the service. The bill was sent after I had already moved, and I didn't receive it. I now have this deragatory mark on my credit for being in collections. I would have paid the bill immediately if I had known about it but I didn't know until I check my credit. This needs to be removed from my credit NOW! What do I need to do?!

i had same problem,i call many times to verizon and no one can hlep me also they always transfer my calling to someone else.
