I regularly review my credit score , and was curious to find it had dropped 140 points after years of immaculate history. The culprit , a collections notice from Verizon. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone today going in circles with their transfers . Result, no one can tell me what the charge is/was for and I have no clue , my account has been on auto draft since inception โฆsuper frustrated and searching for ideas on getting this removed and finding out what it even is . Verizon support on this topic is a joke . Can anyone advise on how to get this even identified and rectified ?
