I was a Verizon fios client in 2016. I cancelled my service and my husband was diagnosed with advanced cancer pretty much the same time. The boxes that were suppose to be returned were not. Tried a few times to get labels from Verizon via email but was unsuccessful. I put them aside. Fast forward to beginning of this month, I returned boxes and am waiting for Verizon to credit my account so I can pay my final bill as per the verizon consultant over the phone. My bill is in a third party collection for $1300 dollars. Trying to clean up my credit along with it. Hoping someone can help me in this process. Maybe a contact person or direct number of someone willing to assist me. I’ve called numerous times spoke to many people been transferred a lot. But still in the same boat. Thanks
