I recently switched to Verizon and I regret it everyday since my bill is messed up all the time. I was promised certain items were going to be free (samsung watch) and they were not. I was told my bill was going to be a different amount and it is always more. Cellular Sales Lenexa, KS was shady and told me things that were not true and when I called to get it corrected, all they say is, we cannot help and you need to call customer service. I asked for the manager and was told there are no managers. No one is held accountable and all they want is to sign you up to hit their numbers and then you are on your own. They kept adding new number lines for the watches, which messed up more things. My wife's watch gets calls from random numbers all the time, that call her watch number, which is different from our normal phone number. We asked for new number and was never given one, even though they kept assigning multiple different ones in the start of the process. We tried another store to get some help, not knowing it is not a real Verizon store and happened to be a 3rd part sales again, and pretty much the same things happened again. The person said they would help fix the bill but actually added additional premium and +plus without our approval and when we questioned it later, they denied they ever added it. So it just randomly showed up after we came in your store? Every time we call into customer service they are stunned that someone added something without our approval and don't believe us. The cell service is bad in Colorado and the bill is always not correct. I don't know why we switched.
