I canceled services in Oct 2019 because I was moving. It is now March 2020 and I continue to receive emails and calls about a past due payment. Keep in mind I had auto pay and even received a reimbursement because I had paid an extra bill. I have to call EVERY SINGLE MONTH because customer service fails to fix this issue (even though they continue to reassure me it will be fixed and that it will not affect my credit). I am VERY FRUSTRATED. I am at a loss of what to do next. Please let me know where I can file a complaint about this awful customer service.
