On February 14th I visited the Verizon store in Hodgkins Illinois and Austin was my salesperson. I have never had such a bad experience with Verizon.

I went in with my mother so she could upgrade her phone. I was going to wait to upgrade my phone because I needed to back up my old phone. Austin let me know I could bring my old phone home for 30 days. I decided to do the upgrade.  Austin let me know there was a deal to get a free tablet and watch with my upgrade. Unfortunately I was never told or shown the fine print on adding lines to these devices. I ened up returning the tablet, and  was still charged for it. I had to call to get that charge removed. The watch I was charged for on my bill, I called and was told I had to go to the store because the promotion was not applied. I went back to the store and spoke with a supervisor and after she went in the back for 20 minutes she came out and said the promotion was applied and my bill on my Verizon was wrong.  I ended up calling to get this corrected and still do not believe my bill is accurate for the watch.

I have to say Austin was also very condescending while trying to transfer over my old phone to my new phone. My mother is having numerous issues with what Austin had promised her and is still also dealing with inaccuracies on her bill. The biggest complaint about Austin is he switched over a plan on my mother's account that was NEVER authorized. She will be also filing a complaint. It would be helpful if someone could fix this billing issue for once and for all so I don't have to continue to call every month.
