Concerns Regarding Fraud Accounts and Fraud Department's Support

I have had about 4 fraudulent accounts opened under my email and 4 iPhones sold to fraudsters. Verizon fraud department will do nothing to assist and it takes hours every time I need to call just to have them tell me to ignore the emails. 4 iPhones sold on two separate instances and they apparently didn’t use my social nor my credit cards so I’m told don’t worry about it. I’m getting emails for a person named Juan on the daily now and it’s infuriating. I want my email blocked from ever being used to set up an account and they refuse to assist. These purchases are write offs and they are helping the fraud perpetuate by not blocking my email from future fraudulent activities. I’m a Spectrum user and was previously with ATT but have never had nor will I ever do business with Verizon. Days wasted and very rude Verizon reps either hanging up on me, providing misinformation, or not helping in any way. I have police reports they asked me to get but don’t want them when I try to provide them. Do better Verizon.
