I've had my service for 3 weeks, installed 6/8/2024 and I've made about 6 phone calls to customer service trying to get my bill issues resolved. The Id.me service is not working for my nursing discount and the $99 setup I was promised was going to waived, is being charged, with not one single customer service agent being able to resolve this. They stated they would listen to the phone call and it would be resolved in 7-10 business days. It's been 3 weeks and 15 business days and still no resolution. I am at my wits end with the customer service. I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I've even visited a store who told me that the fee should be waived for the 1 gig service.
