Contact live agent during suspension

I can not contact a live agent to get my phone reactivated. I have a trouble ticket from last month because Verizon did not properly credit my account for a Chargeback they created by mistake.  I was guaranteed that my service would not be suspended, but it has.  

I am sure that I can get this resolved if I speak to a live agent.

I found the message you sent to me but that number redirects me an automated system! It will not  allow me to speak to an agent
