Continuing Autopay issues

I’ve been having auto pay issues since April. I call every month bc my bill doesn’t get paid and then I experience heaps of fees and pay 2[phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] a month. I am at my wits end. First auto pay changed in Feb. saying they didn’t take cards only bank accounts or the visa credit card. I have tried 2 different bank accounts and now I can no longer use those. I don’t want another credit card especially to just pay this bill! I don’t want to scream at the customer service employees as I know they have nothing to do with IT issues but being forwarded to IT hasn’t helped me either. I can’t explain the amount of frustration and emotional distress I get just trying to pay my bill because I can never guess how much I’ll be paying each month and I’m trying to juggle so many other things in my life. I do not want verizon anymore but I feel stuck waiting to pay my phone off.

Yeah I’ve been experiencing this same issue. Luckily, the last time I called, they helped me out and refunded me a few months worth of the autopay fees but I still can’t put my bank account information in. I don’t wanna have to call every few months and ask for money back because IT can’t figure this issue out.

I am having the same problem.. auto pay only works once every couple months and causes my bill to be different all the time and now it won’t let me pay the bill at all! I’m getting mad and have about had it with Verizon

First- time having this issue. If I hadn't thought about it obviously because it's "auto pay" my payment would've been late... feels like a money grab to pay extra fees & I've never had this issue before first time doing auto pay with Verizon & definitely my last time using auto pay... not worth the threat of late payments & fees
