I entered into a 2 year contract in April 2013 when I moved to a new house. I recently reviewed the bill with great detail and noticed that in December 2013 the contract date had been changed to December 2015. Not sure how this could have happened. The 24 months discount still show as April 2015 but the contract date has changed.
Tried to find it on their website but no help, the live chat is not available and phones are on a long wait.
Any help here is appreciated.
