Can someone explain to me how after 6 days of the Fios plan I purchased being installed Verizon changed the TV line up. I could not even acess the web site information because from what I found out in the 4 calls I made (transferred, disconnected) the change was suppose to happen on Feb 21 2017 according to their documents and I should not have been affected.  Why would Verizon sell me a plan that is verified on the booklet I received and on the web site I checked prior to ordering knowing full well it was going to change.  Bait and Switch.  Never again....6 days later is a crime.
