I traded in two phones 4 months ago which should have granted me an $800 credit for each line. It is four months later and I've spent close to 16 hours on the phone trying to get my credit only to get CHARGED $220 for one of the lines. Anyone found a way to get the money owed them from Verizon is getting a lawyer my only option as CR can't seem to get it right. I'm at my wits end.
