I've been trying to reach someone through 611 for nearly 3h 20m with no luck, this is RIDICULOUS.
I went to a Verizon store where I was told paying my balance for the next month would fix my issue, and it didn't. After which IO was told to call 611, and now I've been stuck waiting forever with no response.
I want my money back. It was a mistake to trust and not demand an immediate refund. Iโm tired of the runaround, this needs to be fixed.
