Credit Refund After Service Termination

I terminated my service on 9/12/2023. Today is 10/28/2023 and I still have not received a refund of my credit balance. I have called and spoken to different customer service reps but I have been given different answers. My account online shows it’s closed and my bill has been finalized with a credit of $317.00. Anyone know how long this refund process takes?
