Credit for phone

I  returned phone to Verizon. I have order number, tracking number, submission number, and commitment from Agent in chat to have monthly credit given.  Told it is resolved then nothing in bills. Finally, they said it would be resolved within 72 hours. After checking they said nothing they will do and I should just leave. This is after being a customer for 25 years. I have given them all the evidence and screen shots of the chats. 

Any other ideas how I can get the $700 for the Samsung S22.
