Hey guys not sure who i have to reach out to. I had verzion at my apartment and comcast offered me a better deal and offered to close off account at verizon. My verizon service was not working well and i had various issues so I decided to sign up with comcast. Well comcast had agreed to cancel the verizon service but i later found out they did not or the rep was simply lying. They never cancelled and I ended up doing it myself comcast agreed to pay any final bill i received from verizon. sent a fax and called verizon later and they stated I owed nothing but since I have a buisness account with verizon i am sure they mixed it up. I checked my credit score and they was a deliquent mark for verizon. I have never had a negative mark on my credit score and not sure how to proceed I will gladly pay what is owed but I need to remove this from my score I plan on buying two properties in the near future and this would cost me dearly.
Verizon can surely check to see if i called looking to pay and balances and I hope something can be done. I have verizon at my business and I will switch back to verizon at my home since i can not trust comcast.
