Credit was removed but my device was received by verizon

This has been the most frustrating experience ever! I’ve called multiple times to get the credit applied back. The call center is no help. First rep said there was a glitch in the system and reapplied it but she never did. I called again two days later and the rep said Verizon never received my device but I told him I had the email from Verizon confirming its arrival. I gave the rep the email information and the IMIE number from my trade in phone for him to find it in the team that assesses the device. I waited over 20 min for him to come back and say he couldn’t get a hold of that team because they are too busy and would have to put a claim in which took another 15 min didn’t give me a confirmation number or anything. He said it would take 3 days for the credit to be fixed and now I’m on day 7 and no changes. My phone status when I track it still says shipped. Nothing has been updated! I need my credits applied or my phone back and this contract cancel because this is extremely frustrating to deal with. I feel like I’ve been lied to and robbed!

The device was shipped Jan 18 and I do have the tracking number is 1Z4E9W390628155608. Please let me know if you need me to forward or send you of the email I received from Verizon stating the trade in was received.

The customer service at Verizon is the absolute worst. They are just so overly concerned with being nice , agree to everything you say and then NOTHING. I have to call them but I don’t want to. They say I still have a phone and a number that was never activated and returned 2 months ago! I don’t understand. Do they train anybody anymore or just pass us around. When this contract is up I’m gone. Dread any issue I have with these guys. My experience has been one mess up after another. I hope they read these too!
