After hours on the phone with customer service, none of my issues were actually resolved. Verizon promised to give me credits on my second bill, but they are not appearing, and customer service claimed the credits were declined and cannot be honored. I am so disappointed that my bill is now five times higher than I anticipated. I am seeking help here.
