I transferred service from T-mobile to Verizon back in October 2023. I ordered my phones online thinking the process would be seamless and easy. I was WRONG! The port process was delayed a couple days due to some processing date. They said the phones arrived before they could activate the new service. Once the port was able to process, I was without service for several hours. After gaining service on my new devices with Verizon, I wanted to trade-in my old devices to get credit for the new phones. The new device box did NOT come with a shipping label for the trade-ins. I called Verizon to get a shipping label sent. After I received the label I put my devices in the box and shipped it to the Verizon warehouse. I received a notification that the devices were received and then deleted my emails. BIG MISTAKE!!! Never delete until everything is resolved and it is reflected on your account! It has been almost 4 months since my trade-in devices were SENT AND RECEIVED but the trade-in credit has not been reflected on my account. I've asked someone to track down my old devices in the warehouse but was told without the tracking number it is not possible. My guess is someone at the warehouse took the devices since Verizon is CLAIMING to have no record of receiving the trade-in devices or even sending me a shipping label. Since October I have visited the Verizon store, I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. I have a support ticket now to hopefully resolve the issue. Never buy your devices online and initiate the transfer online. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
