Customer Loyalty Credit/discount not honored.

I wish I had known about the 6,432 POSTS about issues with Loyalty discounts. I believed the REP who told me I would be getting a $10/per line credit to my account for a total discount of $70.00 a month. Having had this phone account for 30 years, I was happy to finally get SOMETHING in return for my $300+ a month phone bill. I have 7 lines on my account and was considering cancelling to go to a less expensive company, since Verizon keeps upping their charges little by little every month!  When the rep told me in JULY 2025 I would be getting a $70 credit, I upgraded a few of the phones and was considering adding (2) more lines since my son is moving back home. I have called every month and I keep getting the runs round that NO such discount exists,  or that I incorrectly applied the discount ? HOW is that possible? TONIGHT’s waste of time was over an hour through texting until I finally realized that I was just ‘talking ‘ with an AI BOT! What the  H E double hockey sticks  VERIZON?  I am so done with this company. OH BUT WAIT! I am stuck with them unless I can pay off the ( 3)  $1000 phone I just upgraded to on the false promises that I’d be getting the $70/month discount.
