FIOS not offered in our area, no reasonable phone only rate available, made us move to comcast Triple Play  in effort to save on our bills.  We received our last bill just before Thanksgiving.  We forgot about it.  Next correspondence we receive is from a collection agency regarding our $50+ bill.  Very disappointed that Verizon couldn't send a reminder e-mail or a late notice before forwarding it to a  collection agency.  All the years I had Verizon, my bills were paid on time.  It was just an oversight with the holiday confusion.  Should FIOS come to our area, ever or we move to where it is available, we will not be considering Verizon again!
