I recently terminated Verizon Fios service and switched to Comcast XFINITY for lower cost. The experience has not been good. I would like to report to Verizon Customer Service management but do not have their proper contact information. Please help.

Why do you need to complain about cable to Verizon? Or do you mean leaving Verizon was a hassle? There are no email addresses for complaints. Contact your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission and they will get the complaint to them.
