Customer Service nonexistent?

I have tried for months to resolve major account problem & now am overcharged for newly installed FIOS but am on hold ( long holds) every time I call. Last night option to set a call back time for a Rep to speak with me & guess what: at 11 AM I receive a call which simply places me on hold as if I am calling them again .

this makes one HATE Verizon and we all know they can afford to employ customer service reps who can learn how to handle problems ! Thee only way is to contact Corporate via Govt Agency !!
