I have been with  Verizon for the last 10 years and for the first time had to do a  bill dispute which was handled very badly by the agent and his leader that I am moving my service to a different network by June 1. 

I did not have to deal with Verizon's Customer Service until now and if I had known that it is this bad, I would not have stayed with Verizon for 10 years.
