I keep calling on a billing issue that has not been resolved for 3 months. I'm tired of calling and giving the same information every time and being promised that they understand and will take care of it. How can I get a customer service rep that can speak English to call me and resolve asap. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years but now want to leave.
