We called today for two reasons. We are going abroad, and a family member needs 24 hour service due to their pacemaker. The other reason is to upgrade their plan and change a phone.
The customer service employee who helped us was fantastic. Her name is Mandy employee ID *****. Instead of it being problematic, she found ways to please us and resolve every single issue that came up. Even when we had to look up information, she herself went out of her way to investigate and provide us quicker and better options for the trip. And we even went ahead and got a new phone with an upgraded plan. The bottom line is that we were extremely pleased.
