Customer for 20 +years and I have been overbilled and it’s a nightmare

Every single month for the past two years I’ve had to call Verizon my bills always wrong because I got into a promo nightmare even when they do change it is still wrong and they probably haven’t credited me about $3000 and beside myself I’ve been a customer for 20 years. I get nowhere every single month. I’m so frustrated
