Customer service experience!!!

I have had an awful customer service experience. I placed an order for new service then changed my mind. So, I called to cancel the order. The customer service representative told me that my order was canceled. Guess what? It was not!!! So imagine my surprise when I went to place a new order and found out the other order wasn't canceled. If I wasn't so fed up with Tmobile, I would cancel Verizon on the spot!!! I wish I knew that reps name. I would surely report him!!!
