Hey, I tried to make a complaint to a representative of Verizon regarding the rude service my partner and I just got when we went to pay our bill in the store at the kiosk because this seems to be the only way we can make a payment with the gift cards. We have been going in to the store to pay the bill with the gift card and the last time we were there, an employee helped us make the payment at the kiosk and to load the gift cards onto our verizon account and the gift card will be debited instead of the credit card, but I could not get that to happen online. Today he tells me that the payment was made by the credit card already and that if I want to log my gift card onto my account then I have to have a balance. While asking another question about how we make this happen because I am frustrated with having to have to come in every month to pay the bill and I would really like to get these credits onto our account, he begins to talk over me and then says I had better not raise my voice with him or I will have to leave the store. Wait what? Are you kicking me out of the store? I said alright, I will call customer service and complain about the terrible service we were getting and he said that would be alright. to dial 611. so i promptly left and dialed the number to get an automated service. The automated service did not know how to take a complaint regarding a representative. So I came home and jumped through all the hoops to log into my account to complain online and guess what, there is no place to complain about a rude representative except here. this new world order of public complaints is so strange to me and feels icky, but so does being treated so poorly, so people I am posting because i am frustrated with trying to find solution to having a great cell phone plan only to end up disenchanted once again with the service we get from large corporations and there is nowhere else to go.When we left the store I asked my wife If I prompted that interaction and she said you never have a problem being nice to nice people. And I know I am not the only one because when I tried to use the frustrated i.d., it suggested frustrated79, which I think may mean there are at least 79 more frustrated peeps out there.
