I'm not even sure if this is the right place to post this, but I need some suggestions. I won't bore you all with the many, MANY issues I've had trying to get several billing issues straightened out. I have spoken to the CS people numerous times on the phone, via chat, and once in person, and nobody is interested in helping me fix the issues that are incorrect on my bill - costing me, at this point, hundreds of dollars. I've been with Verizon for over 20 years and I have never been so mistreated - actually ripped off - with the dishonesty (or if not dishonest, then incompetence) and false promises of fixing things, none of which have happened. They even promised that I would get a call back from management due to my longevitiy with them. HA! Crickets. I can't just stop paying - they will cut the phone service off - but I really need some alternatives for how to get their attention. Help?!?
