I never wrote any reviews in my life but today I got the worse service over the phone by JANICE/ Billing department!!!!!!
I was calling to pay my bill.(about one hour ago) She was not in the mood from the beginning and said she cant help me without even trying AT ALL ( She refused to give her full name to me ) I called other people before they were all helpful and be able to get the payment done without my account number, but this JANICE from the beginning to the end just keep saying :Sorry cant help you. With a very lazy and bad attitude.
Never in my life I got this kind of treatment for no reason, This JANICE should NOT continue to work in this company or maybe anywhere else.
