Verizon has par none, been the worst experience of my life. They threatened to turn off my phone if I didn't pag a 2,200! Dollar bill and said not to worry about it. They will refund me in the next 2 weeks. Three and a half months!!!! Later I recieved my refund after being lied to by eight different employees and supervisor! Directly. I was promised money off on my bill and everything this got so out of hand. After all this time I recieved my money after several lies telling me to wait 3 to 5 business days and the money never coming and the company never calling me back even when several of them promised they would and scheduled a time! I'm greatful to say i will soon no longer be a Verizon customer.
