So I received roadside assistance yesterday. I payed and never received a receipt. They tell me they well send it in 5 to 7 business days. Where in the world you purchase anything and don’t receive a receipt right after or it’s sent straight to your email. When I call to speak to a supervisor they say no one is available. Soon as I pay these two phones off I will be switching companies. Been with them for 11 years and customer service has gone down hill. Just terrible!
