Customer service is pathetic. I have now had to call for a 3rd time to get a refund over the last 2 weeks. I have been guaranteed by multiple agents that a refund will be issued and still hasn’t happened. Now trying again and waiting on hold until the call just drops. Verizon has been nothing but terrible ever since I switched to them a few months back.
I know I wouldn't want this same experience myself, Btomek. I know that your time is valuable, as I know I wouldn't want to have to keep contacting someone for help. I am here to help get this resolved ASAP, and to turn this experience around. Can you tell me more about the refund in question?
